Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Puddle Jumper Adventures! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period: We offer returns on defective merchandise only (within 2 weeks of delivery).
Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. 
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at puddlejumperadventure@gmail.com. 
Return Shipping: We will arrange for the return of the item with the buyer.  
Refunds: Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. 
Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 
Gifts with gift receipts 
Sale items 
Items marked as "final sale" 
Personalized or custom items (Unless defective on delivery)
